Claire is the founder of C&C Y Business & Marketing Services, where she helps hospitality leaders, sales teams, and small business owners communicate with more clarity, confidence, and heart through the practical integration of DiSC and Emotional Intelligence. She focuses on turning behavioral insight into real-world action, so teams don’t just “learn a model,” they change how they show up in conversations, relationships, and results.

Claire understands the pressure of quotas, the nuance of client relationships, and what it takes to consistently meet and exceed goals. Her services include DiSC-based workshops, Emotional Intelligence integration coaching, hospitality sales and service training, and consulting on human-first communication strategies for teams and leaders.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Having worked and planned Baruch College Alumni Association’s 50th Anniversary celebration, Claire understands how much behind-the-scenes works goes into putting on an event and aims to make your job as hassle free as possible!

BEFORE THE EVENT

Will work closely with you to familiarize myself with your audience (and their specific needs), your goals/objectives, and the theme of your event and create a customized message with practical, actionable deliverables to best serve them.

DURING THE EVENT

My primary objective is to engage, educate and empower the audience. I will use the power of story to teach pivotal lessons, principles, and strategies that they can implement immediately to raise their game!

AFTER THE EVENT

I will remain accessible and supportive after I leave the stage (or conference room). Will supply a menu of reinforcement (and accountability) tools and programs to help each participant put what they learned into action. My commitment to serving doesn’t end when the event is over.
