The Everything DiSC® Certification course spans two weeks of learning that combines live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning.
During the live virtual-classroom sessions, participants will learn from a skilled facilitator and work with other practitioners to apply learning, practice coaching and facilitation, and receive feedback in a psychologically safe space.
It’s time to get started training your team or clients! Now get ready to assign the Everything DiSC assessments. Assessments, also known as profiles, are assigned thru an administrator tool called EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center).
If your organization does not currently have an EPIC administrative account, one will be set up for you.
EPIC is the administrator portal for managing assessments.
Facilitators or admins can manage and administer DiSC assessments to individuals or groups.
The platform allows admins to generate DiSC profile reports for individuals based on their results. Admins can also generate team reports, such as the Team View, Facilitator Report, Group Culture Report or Comparison Reports.

To assign profiles, you will first need to purchase EPIC Credits. EPIC credits are the currency used to issue profiles and create team reports within the EPIC account. Each assessment or report in EPIC requires a specific amount of EPIC credits.

The sessions for the Everything DiSC on Catalyst Certification feature multiple start dates throughout 2026, with online pre-work beginning several days before the live virtual sessions.
